CWC - Copenhagen Watch Company ApS is the owner of the Nordgreen brand and website. In the following the company is just referred to as Nordgreen.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nordgreen. Nordgreen offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

These Terms and Condition governs your purchases from, and your use of, the www.nordgreen.com website and forms a contract between you and Copenhagen Watch Company ApS (44729555), Kigkurren 8C, 3.TV 2300 Copenhagen, Denmark (hereinafter “Nordgreen”). By making a purchase from, and using this website, you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions when using our site. 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.



  1. Confirmation

 

Once Nordgreen has received your order, Nordgreen will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. Nordgreen recommends saving this confirmation email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
You will also receive an email that confirms that the order has been dispatched (the shipping confirmation).We reserve the right to refuse any order you place at our sole discretion.

 

  1. Payment
    You may pay with either credit or debit cards as well as PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. All payments are securely encrypted and underlie strict banking standards. Nordgreen does not store any credit card numbers.

 

  1. Payment by card
    Pay with your Visa, AMEX, mastercard, Maestro or Unionpay securely over the Internet. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments unless the customer’s bank charges a fee to the customer. When paying by credit / debit card, starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Nordgreen may automatically cancel your order.

 

  1. Payment with Klarna - Flexible Payment

Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy NOW and pay LATER. This means that you can place an order, try the items on, and return any unwanted items and then only pay for the items that you keep.

How do I pay using Klarna?

To pay using Klarna, you'll need to provide your mobile number as they may need to contact you. We'll also need your email address so that Klarna can send your payment statement. It's important that you provide the correct details, as you won't receive the relevant payment information otherwise.

If you choose to pay with Klarna - Slice it in 4, additional terms will apply between you and Klarna. These terms are presented at checkout. The issuer of your card may charge interest or other fees under the terms of your card agreement.

    All prices shown on the Nordgreen website, www.nordgreen.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Please note that in case an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Nordgreen has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Nordgreen cannot predict their amount. Nordgreen advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

 

  1. Ordering and returns
    Orders made in another person's name without the person’s consent, will be reported to the authorities. Nordgreen holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Nordgreen to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.

Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. Nordgreen will charge 8.99 USD as return fee when products are returned for a refund or exchange.The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Nordgreen holds the right to additional charges if the returns do not meet this criteria. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should submit a return request. If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Nordgreen should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. Pre-paid labels provided by Nordgreen to the customer must be used within 14 days of the shipping labels creation date. Nordgreen holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

 

  1. Warranty
    Warranty term: Two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the jewelry, sunglasses and watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please contact us by chat, contact form or email. In the email you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. 

Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knick, dent, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification 
  • Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake 
  • Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the color on the strap and the peeling of the plating) 
  • In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten 
  • If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch.
  • Battery replacement is not considered as a warranty solution even during the warranty term.

The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.

This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

 

  1. Privacy policy
    We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Section 2). In addition, we will process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Section 2). By using our Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
    When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input personal details in order for us to identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, credit card or other payment information. We confirm that this information will be held by us in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner's office.

 

  1. Product
    Nordgreen has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

 

  1. Delivery and cancellations
    Your order will normally be delivered in 4 - 6 working days after you have placed your order. In any event, the order will be fulfilled within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation unless there are exceptional circumstances.
    Nordgreen ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Nordgreen customer service or using the contact form on Nordgreen’s website within 30 days from receiving the goods provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk of transporting the returned products to Nordgreen.
    In case you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Nordgreen via one of the contact methods on the contact page. 

 

  1. Complaints terms
    It is important that you as a customer carefully check your products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
    Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through one of the contact methods on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Same applies for returns. Defective products returned to Nordgreen should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. Nordgreen has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a replacement or a full refund. 

 

  1. Liability
    Nordgreen responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Nordgreen bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
    We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied and will remain so for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.
    Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

  1. Delivery and cancellations
    Your order will normally be delivered in 4 - 6 working days after you have placed your order. In any event, the order will be fulfilled within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation unless there are exceptional circumstances.
    Nordgreen ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Nordgreen customer service or using the contact form on Nordgreen’s website within 30 days from receiving the goods provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk of transporting the returned products to Nordgreen.
    In case you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Nordgreen via one of the contact methods on the contact page. 

 

  1. Complaints terms
    It is important that you as a customer carefully check your products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
    Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through one of the contact methods on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Same applies for returns. Defective products returned to Nordgreen should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. Nordgreen has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a replacement or a full refund.

    Nordgreen responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Nordgreen bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
    We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied and will remain so for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.
    Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
